Foundation vents will be sealed and insulated with closed cell polyurethane spray foam. Exterior walls and rim joist of the crawlspace will be insulated and sealed with closed cell polyurethane spray foam.
Viper Complete
The Viper Complete system is a premium solution featuring the Viper Reinforced White 10ML Poly. This 10ML vapor barrier is installed over the floor of the crawl space and extends 10”-16” up the exterior perimeter walls, offering superior moisture control and durability.
Complete VRS
Our Complete VRS is a standard builder-grade vapor retarder system using black 6ML poly. This cost-effective solution involves installing a 6ML vapor retarder over the floor of the crawl space and up the exterior perimeter walls by 10”-16”. While more budget-friendly, it provides essential moisture resistance.
